Description of EKA Christer Lingström - ECL001 Chefs knife
EKA - Eskilstuna, Sweden has been making knives since 1882.
The collaboration with celebrity chef and restaurant owner Christer Lingström has resulted in a knife series with the best possible balance between form and function.
The well-balanced knives are very good in the hand and the series is suitable for both advanced amateur and professional chefs.
Knives in this series:
Chef's knife: 19 cm
Bread knife: 20 cm
Small chef knife: 15cm
All round knife: 14 cm
Handle: Shafts are made of carefully selected African Bubinga as oiled for best durability and beauty.
Sheet: in Lingström series of high-grade quality Swedish stainless steel. Sandvik 12C27.
Care: The knives are hand washed with detergent in hot water. Do not washed in the machine.
